Things To Consider When Choosing WordPress Themes
When you’re choosing a blog theme, you’ll want to make sure that it is easy to read. Choosing a blog with a font that is consistent and easy on the eyes (if you choose a free theme and cannot change the font later). Sometimes those cute fonts are difficult to read and your audience is going to leave your blog before they start reading.
Downloading a theme that already has good bones is awesome, but sometimes the structure can be difficult to change and requires hard coding. To avoid the coding struggle, choose a theme that has a good layout that you will not have to make any changes to. The more customization options a theme has, the better because then you can really make that blog your own.
There are not many themes available in this day and age that are not responsive to all sorts of devices. Most of us are on mobile devices and if you choose a theme that is not mobile-friendly, then you’re going to lose readers very fast.
To make choosing a theme simpler, I have a few favourites that are all easy to customize, are easy on the eyes and are responsive so you have less to worry about!
